Aaron Devanathan, PharmD, PhD, AAHIVP (PHARM ’16) was awarded a Rustbelt Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) Pilot Project Grant Award! His pilot project is titled “Developing analytical methods to quantify cabotegravir concentrations for PrEP”. He will be working with the Small Molecule Biomarker Core (led by Dr. Thomas Nolin, PharmD (’99), PhD (’03)) to develop and validate robust analytical assays to quantify antiretrovirals in plasma and tissues. He is awarded $50,000 over a one-year period starting July 1.
