Aaron Devanathan, PharmD, PhD, AAHIVP (PHARM ’16) was selected to be a member of the Multicenter AIDS Cohort Study (MACS)/Women Interagency HIV Study (WIHS) Combined Cohort Study (MACS/WIHS-CCS) Pharmacology Working Group. The MACS/WIHS-CCS is a collaborative research effort funded by the NHLBI alongside the NIH Office of AIDS Research (OAR). The Cohort Study aims to understand and reduce the impact of chronic health conditions that affect people living with HIV (https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/science/macswihs-combined-cohort-study). There are approximately 15 individuals in the standing Pharmacology Working Group representing academia and the NIH.
